The trip itself was nice, although I would have liked a different distribution of time between the individual stops. The problem, however, was the organization from the perspective of the Czech participants. In the morning, a bus with a Polish guide picked us up with us, who spoke only Polish. He seemed quite surprised that we were Czechs and that we did not know that the trip was supposed to be in Polish. There were several other Czechs on the bus, so we were definitely not the only ones. We also booked the trip through SeePlaces in Czech, so we had no reason to expect that the entire program would be in Polish only. At the port, we learned that an official English-speaking guide would also be traveling with us. Unfortunately, she did not provide us with any information in English at first. In addition, she was practically unreachable in the first parts of the trip - she took the group on a tour and then disappeared somewhere. Neither she nor the Polish guide apparently thought it would be appropriate to provide at least basic information in English to the part of the group that did not speak Polish. Finally, I managed to catch up with the guide and explain to her that we did not understand Polish and would have appreciated at least basic information in English. From that moment on, she at least told us the departure times. But that was basically the end of her communication in English, even though the Polish guide was interpreting almost the entire time. I therefore had to ask other people on the bus who were able to translate between Polish and English for other important organizational information. During the trip, we learned from other Czech participants that the originally planned Czech guide could not arrive, and therefore the trip was conducted in Polish. Of course, this can happen. In such a case, I would have expected the organizer to inform the participants in advance by email, or to warn the guide that part of the group did not understand Polish, and to provide them with basic information in English. Especially since an English-speaking guide was available most of the time. So I rate the trip itself positively, but the organization and communication towards non-Polish-speaking participants was very weak and unnecessarily spoiled the overall impression.

A trip worth seeing! We all returned happy and fulfilled. So, it`s worth it :)
