Important information
- Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- Go directly to the entrance and present your smartphone ticket to the staff at the gate.
- Your reserved timeslot is the earliest time you may enter. You may enter at any time after your selected entry time on the same day.
- The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the aquarium.
- Baby carriers are available to borrow on site, subject to availability.
- Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted. Tripods and professional equipment are not allowed.
- There are no lockers available at the aquarium.
- Operating hours are subject to change. Please check the current opening hours before your visit.
- Not suitable for wheelchair users

- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
