Program Description
Set off from Koh Lanta on a full-day trip to Phang Nga Bay, where you will discover spectacular limestone formations, scenic islands and the unique culture of local communities. The experience combines a traditional long-tail boat cruise with canoeing.
After travelling to the pier in Phang Nga, cruise through Phang Nga Bay National Park, taking in mangrove forests, unusual rock formations and Tham Lot Cave. Continue to Khao Phing Kan, known as the “Leaning Mountain”, and the famous James Bond Island (Koh Tapu). The distinctive rock rising from the sea became well known after appearing in the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun.
After sightseeing, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and visit Koh Panyee, a picturesque fishing village built on stilts over the water. There will also be time to browse local shops and experience the area's distinctive culture.
On the return journey, stop at Wat Suwan Khu Ha, where an impressive reclining Buddha can be found inside a cave. After the tour, return to Koh Lanta.
