An ideal excursion for anyone who wants to get to know Sri Lankan cuisine better!
Transfer from hotels to the collection point. Then transfer by bicycles to a store where the guide will talk about the vegetables and herbs found in Sri Lankan cuisine and their health benefits. After shopping consisting of local products, participants will continue through the tea plantations to a traditionally built, palm leaf-covered clay hut. On site, meet with an experienced chef who will demonstrate how to prepare classic Sri Lankan dishes. Cooking under the chef's supervision and tasting the prepared meals. Return to hotels.
