- Life jackets are mandatory throughout the cruise.
- The cruise operates in all weather conditions. In case of rain, the boat will be covered with a protective tent.
- Children under 3 years old can join free of charge if they sit on their accompanying adult's lap.
- Children under 80 cm in height are not permitted to board the boat.
- Not recommended for women who are more than 6 months pregnant.
- There are no toilets on board.
- You may bring your own food and drinks.
- Photography is allowed, but please inform the boatmen if you need to stand up to take photos.
- Show your smartphone ticket at the reception desk in the Hozugawa Kudari boarding area.
- Please note that the boat may depart up to 30 minutes after your selected timeslot.
