Reviews
Interesting places to see, especially the interior of the cathedral in Monreale.
The tour was interesting. The guide kept talking about what we were going to see. Monreale Cathedral is worth seeing. As you walk down to the bus parking lot, you can admire the Palermo Panoramic View. The mummies in the catacombs aren`t shocking. You can see them, but you don`t have to. It`s a shame there wasn`t enough free time in Palermo. Two hours to explore the city was definitely too short. We spent the first hour at a restaurant, wanting to eat real Italian pizza. The second hour was a race against time to catch the bus back. I think this part of the program could be extended by an hour. At the end of the tour, we waited for the guide on the steps where a scene from The Godfather was filmed.
