Program Description
Leonardo da Vinci Experience is a fascinating journey into the world of one of the greatest minds in history. In the heart of Rome, You will discover a remarkable exhibition that presents Leonardo not only as a painter, but also as a visionary, inventor and thinker far ahead of his time.
The exhibition is located on Via della Conciliazione, one of the most historic streets in the Eternal City. This representative avenue connects Castel Sant’Angelo with St Peter’s Square and is surrounded by important landmarks such as Palazzo Della Rovere and the church of Santa Maria in Traspontina. The unique setting makes the visit even more special.
During Your visit, You will discover that Leonardo da Vinci was much more than the creator of famous paintings. The exhibition reveals him as a scientist, inventor, cartographer and keen observer of nature, whose ideas continue to inspire generations. You will see projects based on his visionary concepts, including the famous flying machines, and learn more about the extraordinary range of his interests.
There are also references to his most iconic works of art. It is a great opportunity to get closer to the legacy of an artist whose paintings have inspired countless interpretations and remain among the most recognisable masterpieces in the world. This exhibition allows You to better understand the phenomenon of Leonardo and experience the spirit of the Renaissance – an era of groundbreaking ideas, discoveries and artistic courage.
It is a perfect option for those who wish to combine their stay in Rome with an inspiring encounter with art, history and the brilliant ideas that shaped the world.
The order of visits and the programme may change.
