Program Description

Discover two of the Dominican Republic's most iconic destinations on a full-day excursion combining history, breathtaking scenery and Caribbean relaxation.

Your adventure begins in Altos de Chavón, a remarkable replica of a 16th-century Mediterranean village overlooking the Chavón River. Wander through its charming stone streets, admire the famous amphitheatre and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. This unique location has also served as the backdrop for internationally renowned films, including Apocalypse Now and Rambo II.

Next, board a speedboat bound for Saona Island. Along the way, you will stop at the famous Natural Swimming Pool, a shallow sandbank in the middle of the Caribbean Sea where you can swim in crystal-clear waters and admire the tropical surroundings.

Upon arrival at Saona Island, enjoy free time to relax on white sandy beaches, swim in the warm Caribbean Sea or unwind beneath the shade of palm trees. During your stay, a traditional Dominican lunch is included.

Your return journey takes place aboard a spacious catamaran, where you can relax to Caribbean music while enjoying the unforgettable atmosphere of sailing across the turquoise waters.
