Varna sightseeing tour and Dolphinarium

The first stop is the Kamchia Nature Reserve, one of Bulgaria's most valuable protected natural areas, renowned for its unique longoz forest - a rare type of flooded woodland found along the lower reaches of the Kamchia River. Here, you will enjoy a 30-minute boat trip through the reserve towards the point where the Kamchia River flows into the Black Sea, creating a picturesque sandy lagoon. As you cruise through this peaceful landscape, keep an eye out for cormorants, herons and freshwater turtles, which are commonly spotted in the reserve.

The excursion then continues to Varna, one of the most important cities on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. You will visit the impressive Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral, one of the city's most recognisable landmarks. There will also be time to stroll through the lively city centre, soak up the local atmosphere and enjoy free time for lunch.

Another highlight of the day is a visit to the Varna Dolphinarium. During the show, you will have the opportunity to watch dolphins demonstrate their remarkable abilities while learning more about these intelligent and playful marine mammals.
