Seeplaces guarantees the best price for an online booking (hereinafter "Price Guarantee").
"Price Guarantee" means that Seeplaces will refund the difference in price if the User submits to Seeplaces a price lower, than booked and paid online through the "Seeplaces.com" Platform, for the same tour/attraction available in the online booking or in a location offered by the same organizer.
The price guarantee is valid under the following conditions:
- when the User presents an offer for the same trip / attraction available in the location or on a third-party website, mobile website, or application, with a lower price,
- the compared trip / attraction applies to the same conditions, in particular the same date, the same length of stay, the same number of people (adults and children), under the same price conditions (i.e. refundable or non-refundable), from the same supplier and with the same extras (taxes, VAT, services).
The user who wants to take advantage of the "Price Guarantee" is obliged to send the application to the address [email protected] and document the fulfillment of the conditions of the "Price Guarantee".
In the case of an on-line offer: The User is obliged to send Seeplaces a link or a screenshot of an alternative offer, allowing to determine the conditions of the trip / attractions, in particular the price.
In the case of an offer in a location: The User is obliged to send Seeplaces a leaflet with the offer or a ticket, allowing to determine the conditions of the trip / attractions, in particular the price.
If the conditions of the "Price Guarantee" are met, Seeplaces provides the User with a refund of the amount constituting the difference between the price of the online booking made by the User on the "Seeplaces.com" Platform and the lower price resulting from the presented offer.
The "Price Guarantee" does not apply in the following cases:
- Group rates,
- Special promotional offers that give an additional discount after your booking is confirmed (such as promotional codes),
- Prices displayed on websites / portals / websites that do not have an online booking system, such as information pages or booking confirmation pages, only after contacting the supplier "on request".
