The heart of Montenegro is the unspoiled and wild nature of the northern part of the country. The enchanting beauty of deep canyons, crystal rivers and majestic mountain landscapes. The route leads through the Moračy canyon towards the Biograd Mountain National Park. On the way you will visit Morača Monastery, one of the most monumental monuments of medieval Orthodoxy. The trail continues through Kolašin, a well-known ski resort in the Bjelasica mountains, then to the largest and deepest canyon in Europe and one of the deepest in the world - Tara. The riverside and steep slopes of the canyons are overgrown with lush vegetation, and its highest part with firs and spruces. Stop at the viewing point - on a bridge suspended 170 m above the river connecting the two banks of the canyon. You will reach the capital of the mountains - Žabljaka - and further on to Black Lake, which is located in the Durmitor Mountains National Park between their highest peaks. Free time.
